Set against the backdrop of sweeping golf course views in Snoqualmie, Washington, this project was all about blending functionality with refined outdoor living, while navigating strict HOA guidelines. Our clients sought a space that would cater to entertaining, relaxing, and staying active, and we collaborated closely with them to design a solution that met both their lifestyle needs and the standards of their neighborhood.

To accommodate their desire for a play space without violating HOA restrictions on sport courts, we designed a large paver patio basketball court that doubles as an elegant extension of the outdoor living area. The cohesive design continued with a brand-new custom deck, a centralized fire pit perfect for evening gatherings, and a full outdoor kitchen tailored to match the home's architecture and finishes.

We also installed a low-maintenance putting green, creating a playful nod to the golf course views surrounding the property. Every element of this backyard was carefully positioned to maintain open sightlines and maximize enjoyment of the natural scenery.
