• How much do Alderwood's designs cost?

Our designs range from $3,500 to $6,000, depending on project size, site complexity, environment (wetlands, shorelines, etc.) and location.

• How much of a deposit is required?

30% of the project's total cost is required at the time of contract signing, and a second 30% deposit is required at the pre-construction meeting.

• Does Alderwood help with permitting?

Yes. Upon construction contract signing, we can assist with permitting for your project.

• Can I start planning now (even in winter)?

Absolutely! Our design schedule fills up quickly, so if you know you're ready to transform your backyard, there is no reason to hesitate. Let's start today!

• What is my project going to cost? What should my budget be?

While our projects are $50,000+, there are a lot of pricing variables like project size, location, and specifics of chosen design elements. This is one reason we offer our free consultations--the best way to answer questions like these and put your mind at ease is to contact our team of professional landscape architects for guidance.

• How many people will be working on my project?

Around three to four landscapers, including the site manager, will work daily at your site.

• What hours will you be working on my project?

Monday through Thursday, usually 7:00am to 6:00pm (varies depending on season and weather, we work on Fridays during the winter)
