Spokane Estate Development
Elk Ridge Heights between Spokane and Coeur D’Alene was developed in 2007. Starting with bare land, Alderwood landscape contractors designed and constructed entry statements and water features for the community.
Our licensed contractors worked with the natural slope of the land and designed a large, multi-tier waterfall that cascades down the hill and passes under a large masonry entry bridge for the primary development entrance. Ornamental landscape plantings, lawns, custom signage, and custom entry gates also complement the entryway design.
The developer for Elk Ridge Heights was familiar with Alderwood’s landscape designs, and employed our team of landscape contractors in Spokane to develop and execute the estate development.
Construction took 24 weeks to complete. The entire project was completed on time and on budget for over $500,000. This job, as with many of our residential development projects, involved extensive coordination with several subcontractors and vested parties. The coordination between everyone was a challenge, but our experienced project managers were up to the task and no one was left in the dark.
Today, the timeless custom entry gates and water features continue to evoke awe and relaxation, as well as welcome home residents.
